In an emergency, eligible beneficiaries can be admitted directly — no prior referral needed.
Planned treatment
For non-emergency care, bring a referral from your CGHS wellness centre.
Cashless at CGHS rates
Eligible treatment is billed cashless at CGHS-approved rates.

Valid CGHS Card
For the patient (and proof of dependency if applicable).
Government Photo ID
Aadhaar / government ID for verification.
Wellness-centre referral
For planned (non-emergency) treatment.
Prior reports & prescriptions
